Laboratory ventilation – Fume cupboard control

FHR 310 draft shield regulator

FHR 310 is a regulator unit for airflow control of draught lockers.
Together with an air velocity sensor, a control damper and an indicator, the air velocity in the working opening of the cabinet can be regulated and kept constant.

Gap height sensor FHL 95

FHL 95 can be connected as an accessory to the FHR 310 draught excluder.
When the FHL 95 is used, the air consumption of the towing cabinet becomes available and is controlled automatically.
In addition, a significantly faster regulation is obtained in case of hatch changes with FHL 95.

Air velocity sensor HPS 50

The HPS 50 is mounted on a drawer cabinet so that the sensor senses the static vacuum between the cabinet interior and the environment. The sensor measures the air velocity through the measuring tube that goes into the draft shield.

Indicator FHI 350

FHI 350 is an indicator for connection to the FHR 310 draught excluder.

Presence detector IR 50

The IR 50 is mounted above the fume cupboard to indicate the movement of people within the working area of the fume cupboard. With the IR 60 connected to the FHR 310 draft shield controller, the “Economy” operating mode can be used.
The IR 50 enters the “Normal” operating mode immediately when someone enters the working area of the fume cupboard. Economy mode is automatically activated after a set time delay when work stops.
